Members interested in becoming candidates for election to the First Financial Board of Directors, or to serve as volunteers for other First Financial committees, can obtain more information by calling (800) 537-8491.

The Nominating Committee seeks candidates for 3 Director positions, each with a three-year term. The Committee also seeks candidates for 3 Supervisory Committee positions. For more details, call (800) 537-8491.

Each candidate must:

Be a First Financial member in good standing for the past two (2) years;
Have the ability to work effectively as a member of a close-knit management team;
Have experience or attributes that will contribute to the Board of Directors and/or the Supervisory Committee’s effectiveness.
