All of our branches remain open for business; however, to maintain our ability to serve you, effective Friday, January 7, branch visits will be by appointment only until further notice.

The COVID-19 Omicron variant is impacting every industry specifically with staffing shortages and that includes First Financial.

We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.

Attention Members: Mask Update

*For same-day appointment request, please schedule 2 hours in advance for your preferred time.

For the safety of all members and our staff, everyone is required to wear a mask or face covering to enter our branches. Employees can use a transparent face covering to accommodate hearing-impaired members upon request.

Mandatory Branch-Entry Requirements
You can perform all of the same transactions at the branch (withdrawals, deposits, payments, etc.).  Alternatively, Online and Mobile Banking is available if you wish to bank from home.

You will receive an appointment confirmation from a branch representative via phone call. Please don't visit your local branch until you receive your confirmation. When reporting for your appointment, please call the number on the branch entrance door sign so a branch representative may verify your identification.

Everyone will need to practice 6 feet social distancing to the extent practicable both outside and inside the branch.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness, including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and a new loss of taste or smell, you are not allowed to enter the branch.

If your branch is not listed, a branch by appointment is not required.
