Volunteer Eligibility Requirements
- Be a First Financial member in good standing for the past two years
- Work effectively as a team member
- Bring experience or attributes that contribute positively to the Board of Directors and/or Supervisory Committee
- Cannot be an employee or volunteer at another financial institution
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in training and educational programs
- Participate on credit union committees
- Attend First Financial Board of Directors meetings
- Attend additional Board-approved meetings, sessions and events
Volunteer Program Training
- Receive comprehensive training through our curriculum and guidelines
- Gain a better understanding of our foundation, structure, governance, policies/procedures, and strategic direction
