You always want to know where your money is and what it's doing. There's a simple way to keep a close watch on all your account activity. Just set up alerts and notifications sent to your email and mobile device* when your money is moving. 

This free service is an invaluable tool to track your finances

You choose what types of alerts you want to receive and what types of activity you want to monitor. Setting them up is quick and easy, and you can change them anytime. 
 
Set up your own alerts
There are various types of notifications you can choose to receive, and they're simple to manage within Online Banking.
 
  1. Go to Online Banking and click on the Additional Services menu tab
  2. Click on Alerts & Notifications
  3. Update email and/or mobile phone number to receive the alerts

Get peace of mind from automatic fraud monitoring

Your First Financial Visa Credit and Debit Cards include built-in features that flag suspicious activity to help prevent fraud. Here's how it works: 
 
  1. When potential fraud is detected, you will receive an automatic email notification from us giving you the option to reply with “fraud” or “no fraud.”
  2. One minute after the email, you will receive a text alert from the First Financial Fraud Center with the same “fraud” or “no fraud” option.
  3. If you don't respond within five minutes, you will automatically receive phone calls to confirm or deny fraud.
Remember, our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number. 
 
Please do NOT respond if you suspect a call, text message, or email claiming to come from us is suspicious. To validate a First Financial communication, please call us immediately at (800) 537-8491 or use Online/Mobile Banking chat.
