Online Banking

You do not have to re-register for Online Banking. However there are some steps you will need to follow in order to access your new online banking account:

Step 1: Initial Sign On

If you already have an Online Banking account, you will follow first-time login instructions and then be prompted after your first login to change your password. This is to enhance your security and protect your personal information. The instructions for your first login will be sent to you by mail.

Step 2: Agree to terms and conditions when prompted.

Step 3: Logging on using a new computer or mobile device

The first time you log in on a new computer or mobile device, you will be prompted to enter your phone number or email address to receive a one-time verification code. Once you receive and enter the code, you can either register that computer/device, and never again be asked for a verification code on that device, or save it as a public computer/device and be prompted upon each login to complete the verification process to confirm your identity.

We upgraded to a new online banking provider to ensure that we provide the most innovative solutions and an enhanced online experience.

There are some exciting changes with this upgrade, including:
  • Enhanced Security
  • New and Improved Interface
  • Greater Customizability
  • New Mobile Banking App
  • Budget-Management Tools

You will notice some changes to certain functions, such as:

  • The first time you log in to the new Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking system, you will be asked for temporary login information and prompted to update your password. Existing Online Banking users, your first-time login instructions will be sent to you by mail.
  • Transferring funds to another person’s account on which you are not a joint owner
  • You will no longer have to enter login information to view your Bill Pay and eStatements if you are already logged into your Online Banking account. When you click on the corresponding tab, your Bill Pay and/or eStatements will automatically display.

No. eStatements are available on Online Banking, but not in the Mobile Banking App.

Yes. However, you will notice that the screens and menus are different and more user friendly.

If you recently changed your Call24 Pin number, you will be prompted upon your next login to Online Banking to enter in an Access Code after logging in. This Access Code is your recently changed Call24 Pin. This added step is to enhance the security of your accounts and personal information.

You will need to log in to the new system the first time using first-time login instructions that you will receive in the mail. Once you have logged in for the first time, you can update your credentials if you choose.

All bill pay information, including payee information, will convert and it will not be necessary for you to re-enter your information. However, we suggest that you schedule in advance any payments that will need to be paid during the conversion. For peace of mind, you may want to print a list of all your payees, including payment amounts and dates due, so you can easily double-check them in the new system.

Your Bill Pay payees and funding accounts should appear when you log into the new system. However, in order to ensure that your payments are made on time, it is a good practice to log on and check that all of your scheduled payments appear.
